We accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED for payment.
We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Cardholders are responsible for retaining copies of their transaction records and adhering to the Merchant’s policies.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
Merchandise.ae reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site following changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
User-Provided Artwork and Images
By uploading any artwork, image, logo, or design, you confirm that you have full rights and permissions for its use and reproduction. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merchandise.ae, its staff, and affiliates from any legal claims, losses, or disputes arising due to unauthorized or illegal use of any intellectual property.
It is your responsibility to ensure the materials provided do not violate copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights.
Clip Art and Design Ownership
All clip art used on Merchandise.ae is either owned by us or licensed from third parties. Assembled designs using clip art are not exclusive to any user and may be reused in other orders or formats.
Color Accuracy Disclaimer
We strive to display product colors and graphics as accurately as possible. However, due to screen differences and color calibration, actual product colors may vary. Merchandise.ae is not liable for any discrepancy between digital previews and final printed colors.
