1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, including major cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, and Jeddah.

We also offer international shipping upon request, ensuring your customized merchandise reaches you wherever you are.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (UAE & Saudi Arabia): 1–2 business days
  • Express Shipping (UAE & Saudi Arabia): 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping: 2–3 business days (varies by destination, subject to customs clearance delays)

3. Shipping Fees

  • UAE Shipping: Free on all orders
  • International Shipping: Starts from AED 50 to regions including the Middle East, UK, USA, Europe, and Far East Asia

4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE—no minimum order required.

5. Expedited Shipping (UAE)

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available at an additional cost of AED 45

6. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Customized products may require additional processing time (details will be communicated during order placement)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email
  • You can also track your order on our website using the “Track Order” section

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

All items are securely packed to prevent transit damage.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.

9. Third-Party Shipping

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers. We ensure that all third-party partners meet our strict shipping and quality standards.

10. International Shipping Availability

We ship to a wide range of countries, including:

Shipping rates start from AED 50. Final charges depend on location and parcel size.

11. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and duties imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Merchandise.ae is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
